Pipeline Check with AI

Triage the week's book and signal flow with an MCP client.

Connect an AI assistant to your workspace and have it summarise the state of the book and the signal flow, instead of clicking through it yourself.

Before you start

Connect an MCP client to CatchIntent. Read-only access is enough for a review. See Connect for the client you use (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and others).

Steps

Connect read-only

Approve read access at sign-in. You do not need write access to review.

Ask for a triage

Prompts that work well:

  • "List this week's CatchIntent workable accounts by Product, ranked by score."
  • "Which signal type is producing my strongest workable accounts this month?"
  • "Which Audience field would you tighten? Show me 5 dismissed accounts and what they had in common."
  • "Summarize my pacing: am I on track for monthly cap, and which Product is using the most quota?"

Ask what to tune

"Look at the last 20 dismissed Accounts in Product X. What pattern would you tighten in the Audience?" The client reads your real data and proposes a single field change — much faster than scrolling the book yourself.

You should see

A weekly summary with: workable accounts produced, which signals drove them, which Product is healthiest, and one specific Audience field to tighten. No screenshots; no copy-paste.

  • Pair with Daily Account Review — the daily routine + the weekly triage.
