ChatGPT

Connect CatchIntent to ChatGPT as a custom connector.

ChatGPT connects to remote MCP servers through custom connectors. This needs a ChatGPT plan that allows custom connectors (Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise); availability depends on your plan and admin settings.

Connect

Open connector settings

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors → Create. If you do not see custom connectors, enable developer mode or ask your workspace admin.

Add the server

Name it CatchIntent and enter the MCP server URL:

https://engine.catchintent.com/mcp

Authenticate

ChatGPT walks you through signing in to CatchIntent and approving access. Approve only the permissions you want.

Permissions

You choose read, write, or push-to-CRM access at sign-in. Start read-only. See the tools reference.

To remove it: delete the connector in settings, then revoke access in your CatchIntent account.
