What an AI assistant can do across each CatchIntent surface.
Tools are grouped by surface. Each tool checks the permission you approved, so a read-only connection can look but not change anything.
Leads
- List and filter Leads by warmth, signal type, status, or Product.
- Read a Lead's full why-now reason, source, and drafted outreach sequence.
- Update a Lead's status (write).
- Edit or regenerate a Lead's drafted outreach sequence (write).
- Enrich a Lead's profile (write).
- Push a Lead to a connected CRM (write).
Useful for: "summarise today's strongest leads", "which leads are still new from the funding signal".
Workspace
- Read usage against your plan and lead consumption.
- Read available ICP options (industries, headcount buckets, geos) the Company fit section can filter on.
Useful for: "how many leads are left this month", "is the pipeline paused".
Products
- List, get, create, update, delete Products.
- Read and update the Audience (Your product / Company fit / Buyers / Signals).
Useful for: "tighten the buyer roles to drop agencies", "add these three competitor domains", "list all my Products and their workable-account counts this month".
Accounts (coming in next API version)
- List Accounts by tier, signal stack, or state.
- Read an Account's full signal portfolio and attached Leads.
- Update Account state (claim, snooze, dismiss, mark won).
For today, you can browse the book in the Accounts tab in the app; the MCP equivalents land in the next API version.
