Daily Account Review

A repeatable fifteen-minute routine that keeps the book moving.

Accounts are freshest the day they land. This is the routine that turns a fresh book into sent messages without a Friday pile-up.

Before you start

Decide who owns the review. One named person beats a shared "someone will get to it". For a team, see Team Workflows.

Steps

Open Accounts. Default sort.

Highest-scored workable accounts at the top. You're working top-down, not reading the whole book.

Claim the top 3–5

For each: read the signal stack (the why-now), set state to Working, open the strongest Lead inside it. Add one specific, true detail to the opener and send from your account with the extension.

Triage the rest

Quick pass on the next ten rows. If an account is fit + signal + lead but wrong-timing for you today, Snooze with an optional wake date. If it's wrong-fit, Dismiss so the Audience learns.

Check Home for pacing

Glance at the workable-accounts-this-month number and the lead-volume pacing. If you're at 50% lead consumption with 60% of the month gone, you're fine. If you're at 75% with 30% of the month gone, the Audience is too loose — tighten one Fit dimension.

You should see

Fifteen minutes a day, every working day, keeps the book honest. By Friday: top of the book worked, sub-par rows snoozed or dismissed, Audience tighter than Monday.

The Account states (New / Working / Snoozed / Dismissed) are what keep a team from double-touching the same company — see Account States.
