Changelog
Every feature and improvement we ship. Building in public, one version at a time.
Search & Filter Panel
Your signals list just got a lot easier to navigate.
Full-text search. There’s a new search bar at the top of the signals page. Type a name, keyword, or phrase and results come back instantly — ranked by relevance so the best matches surface first. Search looks across titles, authors, post content, AI reasoning, and more.
Filters moved to a side panel. The five filter dropdowns that used to crowd the top of the page are now tucked behind a single “Filters” button. Click it and a panel slides in from the right (or slides up on mobile) with all your filters stacked vertically — easier to scan, easier to use. A badge on the button shows how many filters are active so you always know at a glance.
Active filter chips. Selected filters appear as small chips below the search bar. Click the X on any chip to remove that filter without reopening the panel.
Sorting controls. Sort signals by newest, oldest, highest relevance, or temperature — right from the filter panel. Defaults to newest first.
Everything stays in the URL. Search terms and filters are saved in the page URL. Bookmark a filtered view, share it with a teammate, or refresh the page — your exact view is preserved.
The dropped signals view got the same treatment. Its filters now open in a panel too, keeping the layout clean and consistent across both views.
Signal Temperature
A relevance score tells you the post matches your listener. But should you drop everything and respond, or circle back next week?
Introducing Signal Temperature. Every signal is now rated Hot, Warm, or Cool so you can instantly see which leads deserve your attention first.
Temperature looks at three things behind the scenes:
- How strong is the intent? Someone saying “we need to switch from X” is hotter than “has anyone heard of X?”
- Who is this person? A VP at a growing startup carries more weight than an anonymous account.
- Can you actually reach them? Having a profile, email, or verified identity makes a signal more actionable.
The result shows up right on the signal card — the score ring and label turn green for Hot, amber for Warm, and blue for Cool. No extra clicks, no mental math.
Filter by temperature. Focus your morning on Hot signals only, or batch-review Warm ones when you have time. The temperature filter sits alongside your existing status and platform filters.
Works with your alerts. Email, Slack, Discord, and Telegram notifications now include temperature so you know whether to act now or later — before you even open the dashboard.
Temperature builds on Lead Enrichment and ICP scoring. A strong ICP match with high intent on LinkedIn? That’s a Hot signal. An anonymous Reddit post with vague interest? Cool — still captured, but you’ll get to it when you get to it.
Lead Enrichment
You found a buying signal. But who is this person? Now CatchIntent tells you.
Introducing Lead Enrichment. Every signal now includes the author’s professional details so you know who you’re talking to before you respond. Job title, company, industry, email, all right there on the signal.
No manual research, no guessing. See a signal, see the person behind it.
What shows up on each signal:
- Job title & company. Their role and where they work.
- Industry & company size. Whether they match your target market.
- Email. Reach out directly when the conversation warrants it.
- Experience & skills. Context to personalize your outreach.
Works across LinkedIn, X, and Hacker News. Pair it with ICP scoring and you get the full picture: is this person a good fit, and how do I reach them?
Now available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Ideal Customer Profile
Not every signal is worth your time. Now CatchIntent tells you which ones come from people who actually fit your buyer profile.
Introducing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Define who your best-fit buyers are — target roles, company sizes, industries, and exclusion patterns — and every signal gets scored against that profile automatically.
During onboarding, our AI analyzes your website and suggests an ICP to start with. Target CTOs at mid-market SaaS companies? Exclude students and hobbyists? Set it once and every signal gets a buyer fit score from that point on.
What you see on each signal:
- Strong ICP Match — The person behind this post looks like your ideal buyer. Prioritize it.
- Partial ICP Match — Some signals align, worth reviewing.
- No badge — Not enough context to assess, or weak fit. Still worth checking based on relevance score.
Auto-suggested during onboarding. When you set up your workspace, our brand analysis now generates ICP suggestions alongside keywords and competitors. Review, tweak, and save.
Editable anytime. Adjust your ICP in Workspace Settings → Brand Information as your understanding of your buyer evolves.
ICP scoring works alongside your relevance score — a signal can be highly relevant (the topic matches) but a weak buyer fit (the person isn’t your target), or vice versa. Both matter when deciding where to spend your time.

Smarter AI Responses
Your AI response suggestions just got a major upgrade.
Choose your response style. Now you can pick the tone before generating a response.
Different platforms have different vibes. A casual Reddit comment shouldn’t sound like a LinkedIn post. Now CatchIntent adapts to match.
Pick from 5 response styles:
- Casual: Like texting a friend. Relaxed, uses “tbh”, “honestly”
- Direct: Answer first, no fluff. Facts and specifics only
- Friendly: Warm and empathetic. Acknowledges their situation
- Witty: Smart humor that enhances, not replaces helpfulness
- Helpful Peer: Like a smart coworker sharing what worked for them
CatchIntent automatically suggests the right style for each platform. Casual for Reddit, direct for Hacker News, friendly for LinkedIn. You can always change it.
Regenerate with purpose. When you regenerate, tell the AI what to change.
Quick adjustment chips let you tweak the response:
- Make it shorter
- Add more technical depth
- Include a call-to-action
- Soften the tone
Plus free text feedback for specific requests like “mention our free tier” or “focus on the speed benefits”.
Set your default. Configure your preferred response style in workspace settings and it’ll be pre-selected every time.
The result: responses that sound like you actually wrote them, on every platform.
HubSpot CRM Integration
Your leads, automatically in your CRM.
Introducing HubSpot Integration. Sync signals directly to HubSpot as contacts and deals.
No more copy-pasting leads between tools. Connect your HubSpot account and watch qualified signals flow straight into your sales pipeline. Contacts created, deals opened, all without lifting a finger.
Choose when signals sync:
- New Signal: Sync immediately when AI qualifies a lead
- Reached Out: Sync only after you’ve made first contact
- Replied: Sync only when the lead responds
- Won: Sync only closed deals
- Manual: Full control, sync when you’re ready
What you get:
- Automatic contact creation: Signal authors become HubSpot contacts
- Deal pipeline sync: Choose your pipeline and starting stage
- Owner assignment: Auto-assign deals to the right rep
- Relevance filtering: Only sync signals above your score threshold
Pipedrive, Close, and Zoho CRM coming soon.
AI-Powered Brand Research
Setup just got smarter. Way smarter.
Introducing Agentic Brand Analysis. An AI research agent that configures your listeners for you.
Remember filling out forms with keywords you hoped would work? Guessing which competitors to track? Those days are over. Now you just tell us your website or describe your product, and our AI agent does the rest.
Here’s what happens when you enter your domain: The agent reads your website, understands your product category, identifies your target audience, generates keyword candidates, validates them against real social media discussions, researches your competitive landscape, and outputs an optimized listener configuration. All in about 30 seconds.
What you get:
- Smart keyword selection: Keywords validated against actual discussion volume, prioritized by what people are actually talking about
- Real competitor research: Not guesses, but competitors mentioned in real conversations alongside your category
- Research-backed validation: Every keyword and competitor is checked against our research of millions of posts
- Rich product descriptions: AI-generated descriptions that help our intent engine understand exactly what you do (and don’t do)
Your first listener, configured by AI. Just the way it should be.
Signal Pipeline
Track your leads from first contact to closed deal.
Introducing Signal Pipeline. A visual kanban board for your sales process.
Signals used to be a list. Now they’re a pipeline. Drag leads through stages as your conversations progress: New, Reached Out, Replied, Won or Lost.
When you close a deal, log the value. Watch your revenue grow. Finally see the ROI of every lead CatchIntent finds.
What you get:
- Visual pipeline: See all your leads at a glance, organized by stage
- Revenue tracking: Log deal values and track total pipeline worth
- Conversion clarity: Know your actual response rates and win rates
Your signals, your pipeline, your numbers.
Enhanced Bot Protection
Bots love free stuff. We’re making sure humans get priority.
We’ve added Cloudflare Turnstile because free tools attract more than just curious marketers.
Two days after launching our free tools, we started seeing the traffic patterns we expected: a mix of legitimate users and automated scripts trying to abuse the AI-powered analysis. Running LLM inference isn’t cheap, and we’d rather spend those credits on people who actually need the insights.
So we integrated Cloudflare Turnstile across our authentication and free tools. It’s not invisible, you’ll see a quick verification widget, but it’s fast and doesn’t ask you to identify fire hydrants or crosswalks. One click and you’re through.
What’s protected now:
- Login & Registration: Keeping credential stuffing bots out
- Free Tools: Making sure our AI credits go to real users, not scripts
- Rate Limits: Working alongside our existing limits for extra protection
The result? Our free tools stay free, our infrastructure stays healthy, and you get a better experience.
Security isn’t glamorous, but it’s what keeps the lights on.
Free Tools for Everyone
Try before you buy. Or just use them forever, they’re free.
We’re launching free tools. Available to everyone, no signup required.
We built CatchIntent to help you find high-intent leads. But we also know that not everyone is ready to commit to a tool they’ve never tried. So we’re giving you a taste of what’s possible.
Starting today, you can use our free tools to analyze buying intent and discover posting insights without creating an account.
What’s available now:
- Reddit Buying Intent Analyzer: Paste any Reddit post URL and get AI-powered analysis of buying intent, budget signals, pain points, and competitor mentions
- Subreddit Analyzer: Enter any subreddit to discover the best times to post and trending keywords based on recent activity
- Competitor Mentions Analyzer: Enter any competitor name to see what Reddit is saying about them, including sentiment analysis, pain points, and praises
- AI Response Generator: Get AI-crafted response suggestions for any post, designed to be helpful without being salesy
These tools use the same AI that powers CatchIntent’s signal detection. You’re getting real analysis, not a watered-down demo.
Why are we doing this?
We believe the best way to show you what CatchIntent can do is to let you experience it. If you find value in analyzing one post, imagine what happens when we do this automatically across thousands of conversations, 24/7.
This is just the beginning. More free tools are coming soon.
Try them at catchintent.com/tools.
Pipeline Stability & Scale
Not every update adds a new button. Sometimes we just make things work better.
This release focuses on stability and scalability. Making sure your signals arrive fast and reliably, even as we grow.
We believe in being transparent about what we’re working on. That includes the unglamorous stuff: performance tuning, infrastructure improvements, and preparing for scale.
Here’s what this means for you:
- Faster signal delivery: We optimized how data flows through our pipeline. Signals reach your dashboard quicker.
- More reliable at scale: Whether you have 1 listener or 20, performance stays consistent.
- Smoother response generation: Generate AI responses as fast as you need them.
- Cleaner system: Better background maintenance keeps everything running smoothly without you noticing.
None of this changes how you use CatchIntent. But it means the system stays fast and reliable as we grow, and as your usage grows with us.
AI That Learns From You
Your feedback now makes our AI smarter.
CatchIntent learns from your actions. The more you use it, the better it gets.
Our AI pipeline already filters out 95%+ of noise before it reaches you. Now it goes further, learning from your specific feedback to catch the remaining edge cases that slip through.
Every time you mark a signal as irrelevant, you’re teaching our AI what doesn’t work for your business. Over time, similar content gets filtered out automatically.
No configuration needed. No rules to set up. Just use CatchIntent normally and watch the noise disappear.
What this means for you:
- Less noise over time: Signals that don’t match your needs stop showing up
- Smarter filtering: The AI adapts to your specific business, not generic rules
- Zero effort: It happens automatically in the background
The best part? If we ever filter something you actually wanted, just promote it back. The system learns from that too.
Your signal quality improves every day you use CatchIntent.
LinkedIn Monitoring
Professional conversations deserve professional monitoring. LinkedIn is now live.
LinkedIn intelligence is here. Available via Agentic Search on all plans.
LinkedIn is where B2B buyers research, compare, and ask for recommendations. Decision-makers openly discuss tools they’re evaluating, ask for alternatives, and share what’s not working with their current solutions.
Now you can catch those high-intent conversations before your competitors do.
What you’ll capture:
- Buying signals: Posts from professionals actively seeking tool recommendations
- Competitor mentions: Discussions comparing solutions in your space
- Pain points: Decision-makers sharing frustrations with current tools
- Same AI pipeline: LinkedIn posts go through the same intent detection and relevance scoring as other platforms
To get started, head to Agentic Search in your dashboard and use natural language to find LinkedIn prospects based on your signals.
The best B2B leads aren’t hiding. They’re on LinkedIn, asking for exactly what you offer.
X (Twitter) Monitoring
Twitter is where breaking conversations happen. Now you can catch them too.
X (Twitter) monitoring is here. Included in Basic (1 listener) and Pro (3 listeners) plans.
Twitter moves fast. People share opinions, ask for recommendations, and vent about tools every day. These conversations are goldmines for finding prospects who are actively looking for solutions.
Now you can catch those signals before they get buried.
What you’ll capture:
- Buying intent: Tweets from people actively seeking recommendations
- Competitor frustrations: Users publicly venting about alternatives in your space
- Viral discussions: Threads where your ideal customers are engaging
- Same AI pipeline: Tweets go through the same intent detection and relevance scoring as other platforms
To get started, create or edit a listener and select X/Twitter as a platform.
The conversation never stops on Twitter. Now neither do you.
We are Live!
After we went through the beta phase and got some really good feedbacks from our early users, we are officially live in production.
This isn’t just another social listening tool. We built CatchIntent because we were tired of drowning in noise. Every “mention tracker” out there gives you thousands of keyword matches and calls it a day. You’re left spending hours filtering through irrelevant posts, jokes, and spam to find the handful of people actually looking to buy.
We fixed that.
CatchIntent uses AI to surface only the conversations that matter: people actively seeking recommendations, comparing alternatives, expressing frustration with competitors, or ready to make a purchase decision. We call these Signals, not mentions.
Here’s what’s included at launch:
- 3 Platforms: Reddit, Hacker News, and Bluesky. The places where real product discussions happen.
- AI-Powered Intent Detection: Our AI pipeline filters out 95%+ of noise before it reaches you.
- Relevance Scoring: Every signal gets a 0-100 score so you can prioritize the hottest opportunities.
- Instant Alerts: Get notified via Email, Slack, Discord, or Telegram the moment a high-intent conversation appears.
- Response Suggestions: Pro users get AI-generated reply suggestions that match your brand voice, not generic templated messages which sound like a robot wrote them.
We’re just getting started. More platforms, more integrations, and smarter AI are on the way.
Thanks for being here. Let’s catch some intent.
Response Suggestions
Ever found the perfect lead but got stuck figuring out what to say? We got you.
Response Suggestions generates ready-to-use replies for your signals. Just click generate, tweak if needed, and copy. Done.
Here’s what makes it actually useful:
- Matches your voice - Set up how you naturally respond to different situations (someone complaining about a competitor, asking for recommendations, etc.) and the AI learns your style
- Edit before you send - Every suggestion is fully editable. Make it yours before copying
- Works on any platform - Whether it’s Reddit, Hacker News, or anywhere else, responses are tailored to fit the platform’s tone
The best part? It’s not trying to sound like a robot wrote it. Short, casual, and human.
Available from Pro plans and above. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
Quality of Life Improvements
We have been getting really good feedbacks on how delightful our UX is across our app. So we have been always working towards more quality of life UX improvements in our app always.
