Plans, what each includes, and what counts toward your usage.
CatchIntent is one product with a few plans. Every plan includes every discovery strategy, every integration, webhooks, and the API. Plans differ on volume, agents, brands, and seats, not on features.

Trial
The trial runs 7 days and requires a card on file. You get 50 leads to judge quality. You are not charged during the trial, and it converts to Growth at the end unless you cancel. The card requirement keeps the trial useful: real leads cost real processing, so it filters out tyre-kickers and means the leads you see are the leads you would get as a customer.
What counts toward your lead allowance
Only leads actually delivered to you. Candidates that are dropped during verification, people already delivered before, and competitor employees do not count. You are never charged allowance for something you did not receive. See Leads.
There is also a daily soft cap so volume arrives steadily instead of all at once. When the daily cap is hit, the strongest signals are what filled it, and delivery continues the next day.
Processing allowance
Each plan includes a monthly processing allowance. It exists to protect you from a misconfigured agent running up cost in a day. You will see a banner at 75 percent of it, and agents pause at 90 percent until the next billing cycle.
In normal use you will not reach it. If you do, it almost always means an agent is running on very broad keywords. Tighten the keywords or narrow the ICP. See Tuning Agents.
Changing plans
Moving up or down updates your limits from the next cycle. Your leads, agents, and settings are kept. Moving up is the right call when you regularly hit the monthly lead cap or need more agents, brands, or seats.
Done-for-you
