Team Management
Collaborate with your team by inviting them to your workspace. Everyone on the team can view signals, manage listeners, and respond to opportunities.
Inviting Team Members
Section titled “Inviting Team Members”-
Go to Settings → Team
Click on Settings in the sidebar, then select the Team tab.

Click “Invite Member”
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Send the invitation
They’ll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

They accept and join
Once they click the link and create an account (or sign in), they’ll have access to your workspace.
What Team Members Can Do
Section titled “What Team Members Can Do”All team members have equal access to:

| Notifications | Create, edit, delete |
| Integrations | Connect Slack, set up webhooks |
| Workspace settings | View and edit |
Removing Team Members
Section titled “Removing Team Members”To remove someone from your workspace:

Go to Settings → Team

Find the team member
Locate them in the team list.

Click “Remove”
Confirm the removal when prompted.
Once removed, they’ll no longer have access to your workspace, signals, or listeners.
Pending Invitations
Section titled “Pending Invitations”You can see outstanding invitations in the Team settings:
- Pending — Invitation sent, not yet accepted
- Resend — Send the invitation email again
- Cancel — Revoke the invitation
Team Coordination Tips
Section titled “Team Coordination Tips”Avoid Duplicate Outreach
Section titled “Avoid Duplicate Outreach”When multiple people work on signals:
- Use signal statuses — Mark signals as “Reviewed” when you claim them
- Communicate in Slack — If you’re using Slack integration, discuss signals in threads
- Check before responding — Look at who else might be working on a signal
Assign Responsibilities
Section titled “Assign Responsibilities”Consider dividing work by:

| By platform | One person handles Reddit, another handles HN |
| By time | Morning shift / afternoon shift |
| First come | Whoever sees it first claims it |
Account Ownership
Section titled “Account Ownership”The person who created the workspace is the account owner. The owner:
- Manages billing and subscription
- Can delete the workspace
- Cannot be removed from the team
Team Size Limits
Section titled “Team Size Limits”Your plan determines how many team members you can invite:
