Team Management

Collaborate with your team by inviting them to your workspace. Everyone on the team can view signals, manage listeners, and respond to opportunities.

  1. Go to Settings → Team

Click on Settings in the sidebar, then select the Team tab.

  2. Click “Invite Member”

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  3. Send the invitation

They’ll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

  4. They accept and join

Once they click the link and create an account (or sign in), they’ll have access to your workspace.

All team members have equal access to:

FeatureAccess
SignalsView, filter, update status
ListenersCreate, edit, delete
NotificationsCreate, edit, delete
IntegrationsConnect Slack, set up webhooks
Workspace settingsView and edit

To remove someone from your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings → Team

  2. Find the team member

Locate them in the team list.

  3. Click “Remove”

    Confirm the removal when prompted.

Once removed, they’ll no longer have access to your workspace, signals, or listeners.

You can see outstanding invitations in the Team settings:

  • Pending — Invitation sent, not yet accepted
  • Resend — Send the invitation email again
  • Cancel — Revoke the invitation

When multiple people work on signals:

  1. Use signal statuses — Mark signals as “Reviewed” when you claim them
  2. Communicate in Slack — If you’re using Slack integration, discuss signals in threads
  3. Check before responding — Look at who else might be working on a signal

Consider dividing work by:

ApproachHow It Works
By listenerEach person owns specific listeners
By platformOne person handles Reddit, another handles HN
By timeMorning shift / afternoon shift
First comeWhoever sees it first claims it

The person who created the workspace is the account owner. The owner:

  • Manages billing and subscription
  • Can delete the workspace
  • Cannot be removed from the team

Your plan determines how many team members you can invite:
