Team Management

Invite people to your workspace and manage access.

Everyone you invite shares the same workspace, sees the same leads, and sees the same statuses. That shared view is what keeps a team from working the same lead twice.

Inviting people

Open team settings

Go to the team section of your account.

Send an invite

Enter the person's email. They get a link to join the workspace.

They accept and start working leads

Once in, they see every brand in the workspace and can work and push leads.

Seats

The number of people you can invite depends on your plan. See Billing and Plans. If you need more seats than your plan allows, move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise.

Working as a team

Invite people is step one. The thing that actually prevents collisions is everyone using lead statuses consistently. See Team Workflows.
