Your workspace settings help CatchIntent understand your product and suggest better keywords, generate better response suggestions, and personalize your experience.

Accessing Workspace Settings

Go to Settings → Workspace in your dashboard.

Brand Information

Adding your brand details helps CatchIntent:

• Suggest relevant keywords when creating listeners
• Generate better AI response suggestions
• Understand your market context

What to Add

Field	What to Enter	Why It Matters

Adding Competitors

List your main competitors:

1. Go to Settings → Workspace

2. Find the Competitors section

3. Add competitor names

   Enter each competitor’s product name. These will be suggested as keywords when creating listeners.

Tip

Add 3-5 of your most direct competitors. This helps CatchIntent suggest relevant keywords and identify competitive signals.

Brand Voice Setup

Configure how AI response suggestions should sound.

Why Set Up Your Voice?

Without voice configuration, response suggestions are generic. With it, they match how you actually communicate—your tone, style, and approach.

Setting Up Your Voice

1. Go to Settings → Workspace

2. Click “Set Up Voice”

3. Provide example responses

   You’ll see 4 common signal scenarios:

   • Recommendation requests
   • Competitor complaints
   • Comparison questions
   • Pain point expressions

   Write how you would naturally respond to at least 2 of these.

4. Choose your tone

   Select your communication style:

   • Professional — Business-appropriate, polished
   • Friendly — Warm, approachable
   • Casual — Relaxed, conversational
   • Authoritative — Expert, confident

5. Add personality notes (optional)

   Anything specific about your communication style:

   • “We use humor when appropriate”
   • “Avoid jargon”
   • “Always mention our free trial”

6. Save

Updating Your Voice

You can edit your voice settings anytime:

1. Go to Settings → Workspace
2. Click Edit Voice
3. Update examples or tone
4. Save changes

New response suggestions will reflect your updated voice.

Workspace Name

Change your workspace name:

1. Go to Settings → Workspace
2. Edit the Workspace Name field
3. Click Save

This is cosmetic—it’s what you see in the dashboard, but doesn’t affect functionality.

Danger Zone

Deleting Your Workspace

Caution

Deleting your workspace permanently removes all your listeners, signals, notifications, and settings. This cannot be undone.

To delete your workspace:

1. Go to Settings → Workspace
2. Scroll to Danger Zone
3. Click Delete Workspace
4. Confirm by typing your workspace name
5. Click Delete

Before deleting:

• Cancel your subscription in Billing settings
• Export any data you need
• Remove team members if you want them to retain their CatchIntent accounts
