  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. See your current plan and status
  3. View your billing cycle dates

A signal is counted when:

  • A post passes your relevance threshold
  • It’s saved to your signals dashboard

Signals that don’t count toward your quota:

  • Posts filtered out before reaching your threshold
  • Dropped posts (below threshold)
  • Promoted posts (these do count when promoted)
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View Usage This Period
  3. See signals used vs. your plan limit

Your usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.

When you reach your monthly signal limit:

  • CatchIntent continues monitoring
  • New signals are held (not lost)
  • You’ll be notified to upgrade
  • Upgrading releases held signals

X (Twitter) monitoring is available as a paid add-on on top of any plan.

  • $9/month per listener (or $84/year with annual billing)
  • Each listener using X counts as one add-on slot
  • Add or remove slots anytime from your billing settings
  1. Create or edit a listener
  2. Select X/Twitter as a platform
  3. If you don’t have an X add-on slot, you’ll be prompted to purchase one
  4. Each X listener requires its own slot
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find the X/Twitter Add-on section
  3. Adjust the number of listener slots as needed
  4. Changes are prorated to your billing cycle

If you remove X from all your listeners:

  • Your add-on subscription continues until you cancel it
  • Go to Settings → Billing to reduce your add-on quantity to 0
  • You won’t be charged for unused slots in future billing cycles

Consider upgrading if you:

  • Consistently hit your signal limit
  • Need more listeners for different use cases
  • Want to add more team members
  • Need AI response suggestions
  • Want priority support
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment details
  5. Your new limits are available immediately

If you need fewer features:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. Confirm the change

What happens when you downgrade:

  • Change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep current plan features until then
  • If you exceed new plan limits, you’ll need to reduce usage

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save

View past invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download invoices as needed

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • After that, your account moves to a limited free state
  • Your data is retained for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime during this period

If you’re on a free trial:

  • 7 days of access
  • 1 listener with up to 5 keywords
  • 5 signals to experience the platform
  • AI Response Suggestions included so you can try the full experience
  • No payment required until trial ends

When your trial ends:

  • With payment method: Automatically starts your selected plan
  • Without payment method: Account is paused until you subscribe

Is there a free plan? We offer a 7-day free trial. After that, paid plans start with Basic.

Can I change plans anytime? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards via our payment processor.

Do you offer annual billing? Yes. Annual plans include a discount. Contact support to switch to annual billing.

Can I get a refund? Contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.
