Viewing Your Current Plan
Section titled “Viewing Your Current Plan”- Go to Settings → Billing
- See your current plan and status
- View your billing cycle dates
Usage Tracking
Section titled “Usage Tracking”What Counts as a Signal?
Section titled “What Counts as a Signal?”A signal is counted when:
- A post passes your relevance threshold
- It’s saved to your signals dashboard
Signals that don’t count toward your quota:
- Posts filtered out before reaching your threshold
- Dropped posts (below threshold)
- Promoted posts (these do count when promoted)
Checking Your Usage
Section titled “Checking Your Usage”- Go to Settings → Billing
- View Usage This Period
- See signals used vs. your plan limit
Your usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What Happens When You Hit Your Limit?
Section titled “What Happens When You Hit Your Limit?”When you reach your monthly signal limit:
- CatchIntent continues monitoring
- New signals are held (not lost)
- You’ll be notified to upgrade
- Upgrading releases held signals
X/Twitter Add-on
Section titled “X/Twitter Add-on”X (Twitter) monitoring is available as a paid add-on on top of any plan.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”- $9/month per listener (or $84/year with annual billing)
- Each listener using X counts as one add-on slot
- Add or remove slots anytime from your billing settings
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Create or edit a listener
- Select X/Twitter as a platform
- If you don’t have an X add-on slot, you’ll be prompted to purchase one
- Each X listener requires its own slot
Managing Your X Add-on
Section titled “Managing Your X Add-on”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Find the X/Twitter Add-on section
- Adjust the number of listener slots as needed
- Changes are prorated to your billing cycle
Removing X Listeners
Section titled “Removing X Listeners”If you remove X from all your listeners:
- Your add-on subscription continues until you cancel it
- Go to Settings → Billing to reduce your add-on quantity to 0
- You won’t be charged for unused slots in future billing cycles
Upgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Upgrading Your Plan”When to Upgrade
Section titled “When to Upgrade”Consider upgrading if you:
- Consistently hit your signal limit
- Need more listeners for different use cases
- Want to add more team members
- Need AI response suggestions
- Want priority support
How to Upgrade
Section titled “How to Upgrade”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm payment details
- Your new limits are available immediately
Downgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Downgrading Your Plan”If you need fewer features:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower plan
- Confirm the change
What happens when you downgrade:
- Change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep current plan features until then
- If you exceed new plan limits, you’ll need to reduce usage

Payment Methods
Section titled “Payment Methods”Updating Payment Method
Section titled “Updating Payment Method”- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save
Billing History
Section titled “Billing History”View past invoices:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Billing History
- Download invoices as needed
Canceling Your Subscription
Section titled “Canceling Your Subscription”To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your billing period
- After that, your account moves to a limited free state
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime during this period
Free Trial
Section titled “Free Trial”If you’re on a free trial:
- 7 days of access
- 1 listener with up to 5 keywords
- 5 signals to experience the platform
- AI Response Suggestions included so you can try the full experience
- No payment required until trial ends
After Your Trial
Section titled “After Your Trial”When your trial ends:
- With payment method: Automatically starts your selected plan
- Without payment method: Account is paused until you subscribe
Enterprise Plans
Section titled “Enterprise Plans”For larger teams or custom needs:
- Custom signal limits
- Custom listener limits
- Dedicated support
- Custom integrations
- Volume discounts

Common Questions
Section titled “Common Questions”Is there a free plan? We offer a 7-day free trial. After that, paid plans start with Basic.
Can I change plans anytime? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards via our payment processor.
Do you offer annual billing? Yes. Annual plans include a discount. Contact support to switch to annual billing.
Can I get a refund? Contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.
