CRM Integration

Connect CatchIntent to your CRM to automatically create contacts and deals from high-intent signals. Two-way sync keeps your pipeline in sync with deal outcomes.

When CatchIntent detects a high-intent signal, it can automatically:

  1. Create a Contact — The author becomes a contact in your CRM
  2. Create a Deal — A deal is created and associated with the contact
  3. Add Notes — Signal details are attached as a note on the deal
  4. Sync Status — When you update the deal in your CRM, the signal status updates in CatchIntent

Configure when signals sync to your CRM:

TriggerDescription
On Signal CreatedAutomatically sync new signals above your relevance threshold
On Status ChangeSync when you update a signal’s status in CatchIntent
Manual SyncSync individual signals on demand

Set a minimum relevance score for automatic sync. Signals below this threshold won’t sync automatically but can still be synced manually.

Recommended: Start at 70-75% and adjust based on your sales team’s feedback.

When a signal syncs to your CRM:

Contact Created:

  • Name (parsed from author)
  • Source platform (Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Original post URL

Deal Created:

  • Deal name (signal title)
  • Associated with the contact
  • Assigned to default owner
  • Placed in default pipeline/stage

Note Added:

  • Full signal details
  • AI analysis summary
  • Relevance score
  • Link back to CatchIntent

CatchIntent listens for deal updates via webhooks:

CRM EventCatchIntent Update
Deal moved to “Closed Won”Signal status → Won
Deal moved to “Closed Lost”Signal status → Lost
Deal moved to “Meeting Scheduled”Signal status → Reached Out
Deal amount updatedCaptured as outcome value
Closed reason addedCaptured in outcome notes

Before enabling automatic sync, manually sync a few signals to verify:

  • Contacts are created correctly
  • Deals appear in the right pipeline
  • Notes contain the information you need

Consider creating a “Social Leads” pipeline specifically for CatchIntent signals. This makes it easy to:

  • Track conversion rates from social signals
  • Compare performance across platforms
  • Report on CatchIntent ROI

Set the default owner to an SDR or sales development rep who can quickly qualify and respond to signals.

The two-way sync means CatchIntent can track your success rate. Use this data to:

  • Refine your listener keywords
  • Adjust relevance thresholds
  • Identify which platforms convert best
