CRM Integration
Connect CatchIntent to your CRM to automatically create contacts and deals from high-intent signals. Two-way sync keeps your pipeline in sync with deal outcomes.
Supported CRMs
Section titled “Supported CRMs”How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”When CatchIntent detects a high-intent signal, it can automatically:
- Create a Contact — The author becomes a contact in your CRM
- Create a Deal — A deal is created and associated with the contact
- Add Notes — Signal details are attached as a note on the deal
- Sync Status — When you update the deal in your CRM, the signal status updates in CatchIntent
Sync Triggers
Section titled “Sync Triggers”Configure when signals sync to your CRM:
| Trigger | Description |
|---|---|
| On Signal Created | Automatically sync new signals above your relevance threshold |
| On Status Change | Sync when you update a signal’s status in CatchIntent |
| Manual Sync | Sync individual signals on demand |
Relevance Threshold
Section titled “Relevance Threshold”Set a minimum relevance score for automatic sync. Signals below this threshold won’t sync automatically but can still be synced manually.
Recommended: Start at 70-75% and adjust based on your sales team’s feedback.
