Push Leads to Your CRM
Send a lead into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or Zoho with its context.
Push a lead so your team works it in the CRM they already use. The contact, company, reason, and drafted opener go with it.
Before you start
You need the CRM connected for the brand you are working. Connections are per brand. See CRM and Outreach.
Steps
Connect the CRM once
Open the Integrations screen, pick your CRM, and authorize it. It then appears as a push destination on every lead.
Open a lead
In Leads, open the one you want to push. Review the opener first, since it travels with the contact as a note.
Push
Use the push action and pick the connected CRM. To move several at once, select them in the leads list and push together.
You should see
A new contact (or updated existing one) in the CRM, with the company and a note holding the reason and opener. The lead status in CatchIntent changes to Pushed.
A missing email does not block the push. The profile and context still transfer.
