Run a Daily Lead Review
A repeatable fifteen-minute routine that keeps the pipeline moving.
Leads are freshest the day they arrive. This is the routine that turns delivered leads into sent messages without a weekly pile-up.
Before you start
Decide who owns the review. One named person beats a shared "someone will get to it". For a team, see Team Workflows.
Steps
Open Leads, sort by warmth
Highest first. You are working top down, not reading every lead.
Work the top leads
For each strong one: read the reason, open the drafted opener, add one true specific detail, and send it from your account with the extension. Set the status as you go.
Triage the rest
Medium leads: batch them or assign them. Low or off-profile: archive so the list stays a live queue, not an archive.
Note one tuning fix
If a wrong lead got through, drop it and make one note to tighten the brand profile later. Do not stop the review to tune.
You should see
An empty or near-empty "new" list by the end, every strong lead either sent or assigned, and statuses set so nobody double-messages.
