FAQ
The questions people ask most before and after they start.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. The trial is 7 days with a card on file and gives you 50 leads. You are not charged during the trial. It exists so the leads you evaluate are the real leads you would get as a customer. See Billing and Plans.
What counts as a lead?
Only a person actually delivered to your leads list. Candidates dropped during verification, people you already received, and competitor employees do not count toward your allowance. See Leads.
Does 1,000 leads mean 1,000 customers?
No. A lead is a well-timed conversation with someone showing real intent, not a closed deal. Cold lists convert at roughly 1-2 percent because they interrupt people who never asked. Reaching people the week they show a buying signal converts much higher, but how much higher depends on your offer and your follow-through. Plan for strong conversations, not guaranteed contracts. See Warmth Scoring.
Is 1,000 leads a month low volume?
It is intentionally not a static list of a hundred thousand cold contacts. Every lead is a specific person showing intent that week, refreshed daily. A few hundred in-market people outperform tens of thousands of cold ones, which is why volume is capped to what is genuinely warm. Scale up on a higher plan once the queue proves itself. See Billing and Plans.
How fast do I get leads?
The first agent run starts within a few minutes of activating an agent, and leads arrive on a daily schedule after that. Volume is spread across the day rather than delivered in one batch.
Why are some leads not a great fit?
Almost always a brand profile that is too broad. Tightening the ICP fixes most quality issues. See Defining Your ICP and Tuning Agents.
Will the people I message know this is automated?
No. You send from your own LinkedIn or X account through the browser extension, or from your own CRM. The opener is a draft you review and edit. Recipients see a normal message from you.
Can a team share one workspace?
Yes. Everyone you invite sees the same leads and statuses, which is how a team avoids messaging the same person twice. See Team Workflows.
Can I run more than one product or client?
Yes. Each is a separate brand in one workspace. The number of brands depends on your plan. See Multi-Brand and Agencies.
Do I have to use the CatchIntent extension?
No. You can push leads to your CRM or outreach tool and work them there instead. See Integrations.
What if I need more volume than Scale?
Talk to us about Enterprise, or about the Done-for-you program if you want our team to run the loop. See Billing and Plans.
Is my data isolated from other brands?
Yes. Leads, agents, and integrations are scoped to the active brand. Client data does not mix across brands in a workspace. See Security.
