Understand how CatchIntent measures usage and what’s included in each plan.

What Counts as a Signal
Section titled “What Counts as a Signal”A signal is counted when a post:
- Matches your listener’s keywords
- Scores above your relevance threshold
- Is saved to your signals dashboard
These Count

Signal Quota
Section titled “Signal Quota”When You Approach Your Limit
Section titled “When You Approach Your Limit”You’ll see a warning in the dashboard when you’re near your monthly limit.
When You Hit Your Limit
Section titled “When You Hit Your Limit”- Monitoring continues in the background
- New signals are held in a queue
- You’ll be notified to upgrade
- Upgrading immediately releases queued signals
Quota Reset
Section titled “Quota Reset”Your signal quota resets at the start of every month. Unused signals don’t roll over.
Listener Limits
Section titled “Listener Limits”Your plan determines how many listeners you can have active.

Reaching Your Listener Limit
Section titled “Reaching Your Listener Limit”If you need more listeners:
- Upgrade to a plan with more listeners
- Consolidate — Combine similar listeners by adding more keywords to one listener
- Delete listeners you no longer need
Team Member Limits

AI Response Suggestions

Response suggestions are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. You can regenerate up to 3 times per signal, with a short cooldown between regenerations.
Webhooks

Webhooks let you send signals to external systems for CRM integration, automation workflows, and custom notifications.
Platform Limits

- Bluesky
X (Twitter) Add-on
Section titled “X (Twitter) Add-on”X/Twitter monitoring requires a paid add-on:

Each listener that includes X as a platform requires one add-on slot. You can purchase multiple slots if you need multiple X listeners.
API Limits
Section titled “API Limits”API access is available on Enterprise plans. Contact [email protected] for details on rate limits and access.
Fair Use
Section titled “Fair Use”While we don’t impose hard limits on certain activities, we expect reasonable usage:
- Frequent exports — Automated bulk exports may be rate limited
- Excessive webhook failures — Consistently failing webhooks may be paused
- Abuse — Accounts that appear to be scraping or abusing the service may be suspended
Checking Your Usage
Section titled “Checking Your Usage”View your current usage anytime:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- See Usage This Period
- View signals used, listeners active, and team members
Upgrading for More
Section titled “Upgrading for More”If you need more of anything:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select a plan that fits your needs
Upgrades take effect immediately.
